When you get paid
Any customer payment made this month is paid to you by the 15th of next month. It doesn't matter whether the customer paid on the 1st or the 31st. Everything collected in a calendar month is added up and paid out together by the 15th of the month after.
That's why month 1 in the estimator shows $0: your first sales are paid in month 2. Monthly customers keep paying every month, so your payout grows as you add more. Yearly customers pay once for the whole year, and you're paid on that full payment the following month.

U.S. affiliates send a W-9 through the portal before withdrawing more than $600 in a calendar year. You’re an independent contractor and handle your own taxes.
Questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The affiliate program is free to join, with no fees, quotas or required purchases.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th for the month before. There’s no minimum payout. Any payout processing fee is passed through at cost.
Do I need to send tax forms?
U.S. affiliates send a W-9 through the portal before withdrawing more than $600 in a calendar year. You’re an independent contractor and handle your own taxes.
How long does tracking last?
365 days, last click wins. When someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie is saved for 365 days. If they click another affiliate’s link later, that last link gets the credit. Cleared cookies, private browsing or switching devices can break tracking.
What if a customer gets a refund?
There are no clawbacks. A commission that’s already been paid isn’t taken back.
Can I use my own website or social posts?
Yes, as long as every sign-up button or link uses your own affiliate link. Sign-ups and payments always happen on our official pages.
