This policy explains how Team Alpha CoOp ("The CoOp," "we," "us"), operated by Heath Marter, handles personal information when you visit our pages, buy or try a plan, use the service, or join our affiliate program. It's part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. What we collect

• Account and contact info: name, business name, email, phone, address.
• Billing info: handled by Stripe. We see limited details (such as card type, last 4 digits and payment status). We don't store full card numbers.
• Affiliate info: referral and tracking data, payout details collected by Stripe, and tax forms where required.
• Usage and technical info: log data, device and browser data, and cookies, including referral cookies that track which affiliate link was used.
• Your account content: contacts and messages you store or send in your account. You control that data; we process it to run the service for you.

2. How we use it

To provide and support the service; process payments, wallet recharges and affiliate payouts; track referrals; send account, billing and service messages; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal, tax and carrier-registration duties.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our software platform (HighLevel), Stripe, telephone and messaging carriers, email providers and professional advisors; with the Affiliate who referred you (limited to your name and account status, so they can be credited); and when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We don't sell personal information.

Text messaging: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We and our platform use cookies for sign-in, security and referral tracking. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features, including referral credit, may not work.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and billing records.

6. Your choices

You can update your account info, opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to access or delete your information at [email protected], subject to records we must keep. Residents of some states may have added rights under their state's law.

7. Children

The service is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
